Give your business the tools to earn more and keep more of it.

I'm an entrepreneur first. I look at your business the way an owner does, and I only use technology where it pays for itself.

What I build

Most people sell you a tool. I start with the problem.

Every business I've run had the same problem. There was more work than people to do it, and money was slipping away in places nobody was watching. What fixed it each time was a system built for that business. The five below show what that looks like for yours.

Weedsies

Built where it shouldn't have been possible.

In 2020 I launched Weedsies, a cannabis and CBD technology company. In that industry almost every tool a founder normally uses is closed.

  1. No banking

Most banks will not hold the account. Most processors will not touch the transactions.

No banking. Most banks will not hold the account. Most processors will not touch the transactions.

What it became anyway.

It grew into:

  • The Weedsies marketplace open on a laptop

    An online marketplace

It connects consumers to licensed dispensaries and retailers. State lines are separated in the software, so each sale follows the law of its state.

  • A Weedsies van in its purple, pink and yellow wrap, seen from the side

    A mobile retail unit

The Weedsies van sold from the street. The concept was licensed out across Florida.

  • A Weedsies vending machine in the brand wrap

    A fifty-fifty joint venture with a Nasdaq-listed company

Weedsies Vending is owned equally by Weedsies Mobile and HempBox Vending, a subsidiary of Hempacco (Nasdaq: HPCO). Begun in 2022, announced in February 2023.

  • An app launch announced on Nasdaq

The Weedsies Mobile app finds the nearest truck, takes the order and tracks it. The release went out through Nasdaq in October 2022.

  • Coverage in TIME and Yahoo Finance

TIME interviewed me for its piece on legal cannabis startups. Yahoo Finance covered Weedsies three times.

I started it while still Vice President of Retail Operations, and left that role in March 2021 to run it full time.

If I can build commerce, payments and growth where every normal channel is shut, think what is possible for yours, where they are all open.

About me

Throughout everything I have built, from Weedsies to the companies I am building now, I have sat in almost every seat a business has. That is why I can walk into yours, see where the time and the money go, and build the thing that fixes it.

In 2020, while Vice President of Retail Operations at a multi-location retail company, I launched Weedsies, a cannabis and CBD technology company. In March 2021 I left that role to run Weedsies full time.

In June 2023 a Miami ordinance banned sales from a truck or any moving vehicle, and other cities followed.

An ordinance ended that business in a month. It cost me most of what I had built, and it taught me more than the growth did: how a company actually makes and loses money, where the time goes, which systems hold under pressure and which only look like they do.

I am using those lessons twice over: rebuilding and building new companies of my own, and sitting with other owners in the middle of the same problems. That is the work I do now.

More about me

How it works

  1. 1

    A call

We talk through how your business runs, where the time and money go, and what you want more of. If technology isn't the answer, I'll tell you.

  2. 2

    A build

I design and build the system around your business. You see working pieces as I go, not a slide deck at the end.

  3. 3

    A launch

It goes live and your team learns to use it. Then we measure what it brings back.
